new, or otherwise fascinating or compelling qualities; appeal strongly to;
captivate.
After six years of playing host to some of the most credible and
forward-thinking artists D&B has to offer, the Bristol institution that is The
Insiders’ Intrigue continues its impressive evolution by launching its
very own label.
From its humble beginnings as a small mid-week affair focused on the more
‘liquid’ shades of the D&B spectrum, Intrigue has managed to consistently keep
the pulse of the ever-morphing sounds of D&B’s deeper side - and in doing so has
firmly established itself as one of the most respected nights in the UK.
With The Insiders’ Ben Payne (aka Soundscape) curating the label with the
exact same dedication and erudition as the nights from which it was born,
Intrigue Music promises to deliver deep, leftfield D&B from established
artists and rising talents alike.
With The Insiders, Break, Survival and Random Movement
all involved, as well as music from fresh talent Squash lined up for
later in 2009, expect to see the Intrigue logo spinning round on your decks for
